Every category below is made to order from your dimensions or a physical sample. Board grade, GSM and finish are chosen for the product that goes inside — weight, grease, humidity, shelf life. Specification ranges are typical; ask for anything outside them.
Sweet boxes
Rigid-feel folding boxes for sweet shops and the gift trade, printed on food-grade coated board. Window cut-outs, partition inserts and matching sleeves are made to the same artwork, so a full range stays consistent across sizes.

Wall calendars
Tamil monthly wall calendars printed under our own BG range, from design BG 001 to BG 014, in two-colour and four-colour. Sheets are finished with a tin strip and hanger, and the top panel carries your shop or company name, address and phone. A standing annual line — most customers reorder the same design number each year with only the imprint changed.

Questions buyers ask
What is your minimum order quantity?
1,000 pieces on every carton type, and 500 on wall calendars. Below that, plate and die cost dominates the unit price, so a very small run rarely works out cheaper per box than a slightly larger one. Tell us the quantity you actually need and we will quote it honestly, including what the next size up would cost.
Which board grades do you work with?
FBB, SBS, duplex white-back, duplex grey-back and kraft, from 230 to 450 GSM depending on the carton. Food-grade board and FSC-certified board can be sourced on request, with the mill's certificate supplied against the batch.
How long does an order take?
Typically 8 to 14 working days after artwork approval, depending on the carton and the finishing involved. Each product section lists its own lead time. Festival and season-dated work is scheduled backwards from your delivery date.
Can you make cartons from my sample instead of a drawing?
Yes. Send a physical sample or the product dimensions and we will draw the dieline, recommend the board grade and GSM, and courier a hand-cut sample for approval before any bulk run.
Do you print pharma cartons?
Yes, including braille embossing, batch and expiry panels, and tight registration on small-format work. Leaflet folding can be quoted along with the carton. Minimum order is 1,000 pieces.
